This 1950s house in Cambridge had not been updated since the 70s and was in desperate need of refurbishment. We provided retrofit advice and interior design services within the scope of the client’s low budget. Renovations are currently underway and include internal insulation, window upgrade to provide a better U-value, Solar Panels and an Air Source Heat Pump to replace the existing gas boiler.
