What we do
We design and build eco homes, sustainable extensions, loft conversions, and internal renovations, providing planning and building regulations assistance, as well as home energy efficiency and retrofit advice.
How we work
We work closely with you to ensure your design is tailored to your individual needs and environmental considerations. Our dual-studio setup in the Lake District and Cambridge allows us to collaborate seamlessly on projects across the country, combining our expertise to create beautiful bespoke spaces to live and work in.
Our Process

Initial consultation
We believe in understanding your desires, aspirations, and budget firsthand, which is why we prefer to meet with you in your home and have a conversation free of charge. This approach allows us to grasp the essence of your project and align our vision with yours.

Design and Planning
Following working through your brief we create design options for you to explore the possibilities of your site or home. We allow you to choose and tailor the design to your preferred option. We then create a pack of drawings and where necessary submit them to your local planning authority for approval.

Construction
Once approved, we will proceed to draw up the technical specifications for review by the Building Inspector. This comprehensive set of drawings can then be tendered to contractors to obtain quotes. Upon securing contracts, we will be available to provide assistance throughout as much as you need.
